吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗重度混合痔的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术在重度混合痔中的应用效果。方法选取2012-06-2014-07该院收治的58例重度混合痔患者为研究对象,按照奇偶随机方法分为对照组和观察组,各29例,对照组采用传统的外剥内扎术治疗,观察组采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗,观察比较两组治疗方式的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、住院费用均少于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;观察组的并发症发生率为17.24%,对照组为65.52%,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论吻合器痔上黏膜环切术在重度混合痔中的应用效果显著,有利于患者恢复,安全可靠,并发症少,值得在临床上推广。Objective To explore the efficacy of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（ PPH） stapling hemorrhoids mucosa fibrotomy in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoid. Methods Fifty-eight cases with severe mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital from June 2012 to July 2012 were collected as the research subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,according to the parity of random method with 29 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the convental treatment inside the outer shell of surgical operation,and the observation group received PPH. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,hospital expenses in the obserbation group were significantly less than those in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）; The incidence of complications of the observation group（ 17. 24%） was significantly less than that of the control group（ 65. 52%）（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion PPH is safe and effective in the treatment mixed hemorrhoid,with quicker recovery and less complications in patients.
