摘　　要：目的探讨绿色通道在老年髋部骨折诊治中的意义。方法将我院骨科科2011年1月~2015年12月,收治的68例老年髋部骨折分为受伤后48h内手术的36例和48h后手术的32例两组,分析研究两组患者住院期间的并发症的发生率、死亡率。结果 48h内手术组患者的并发症发生率、死亡率,均低于48h后手术组患者,两组的差异具有统计学意义。结论建立绿色通道,多学科协作,能耐受手术的患者,争取48h内手术;降低患者并发症的发生率及死亡率。Objective To explore the significance of green channel in the diagnosis and treatment of hip fracture in elderly patients. Methods the orthopedic department of our hospital January 2011 to December 2015, treated 68 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture is divided into injured after surgery within 48 hours of 36 and 48 hours after surgery of 32 cases of two groups, analysis of the incidence, mortality rate of complications of the two groups of patients during hospitalization. Results the incidence and mortality of complications of patients in 48 h group were lower than those in patients with 48 h after surgery, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion the establishment of the green channel, multidisciplinary collaboration, can tolerate surgery patients, for 48 hours of surgery, reduce the incidence and mortality of complications.
