某院2012—2014年中药注射剂使用现状的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析医院中药注射剂使用现状的相关因素。方法:抽取2012年—2014年中药注射剂处方,分析其品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、药品日均费用(DDC)、排序比、临床各科室的使用情况和联合用药情况。结果:临床使用存在品种重复、超适应证和无指征用药和联合用药不合理等现象。结论:中药注射剂在临床使用上存在一些不合理用药现象,应采取积极有效地干预措施规范中药注射剂的合理用药。Objective： To analyze the correlative factor of clinical medication of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） injections. Methods： The prescriptions of TCM injection of a hospital during 2012 and 2014, were taken and theier variety, sales amount, DDDs, DDC, order ratio and service condition of clinical department and drug combinations of TCM injections were analyzed. Results： The main manifestations of irrational drug use were variety repetition, ultra indications and lack of indications and drug combinations etc. Conclusion： TCM injections in clinical use in hospital showed some cases containing unreasonable medicine use. Therefore, positive and effective intervention measures should be taken to standardize the TCM injections of rational use.
