525例儿科患者注射用阿奇霉素临床用药的安全性及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析注射用阿奇霉素儿科患者临床使用的安全性和相关因素。方法:抽取2014年11月—2015年4月间儿科住院患儿注射用阿奇霉素临床使用的儿科住院患儿525例,采用SPSS 13.0版统计学软件,分析阿奇霉素临床使用的安全性与不良反应的发生率。结果:525例儿科患者注射用阿奇霉素的使用均有联合用药现象,其不良反应的发生率为2.10%,不良反应大部分发生在6岁以下儿童患者。结论:6岁以下儿童患者在使用注射用阿奇霉素治疗疾病时应慎用。Objective： To analyze the safety of clinical medication ofazithromycin for injection in pediatric patients and its related factors. Methods： The data of 525 children of pediatric department in Shanxi Children＇s Hospital who administered azithromycin for injection were collected during November 2014 to April 2015, then the data were analyzed by Version of SPSS 13.0 statistical software. Results： All the 525 patients who received azithromycin for injection were treated with other medications meantime. ADR ratio of azithromycin for injection was 2.1%, and most of the adverse reactions occurred in children younger than 6 years. Conclusion： The azithromycin for injection should be administered with cautios to the children younger than 6 years old.
