摘 要:心血管疾病多伴有慢性炎症反应。肾素—血管紧张素系统(RAS)参与心血管炎症的发生和发展,血管紧张素Ⅱ(ANGⅡ)的炎症作用主要通过其1型受体(AT_1受体)实现。相较于AT_1受体,人们对ANGⅡ2型受体(AT_2受体)的了解还不是很深入。近年来发现AT_2受体也参与许多心血管疾病炎症反应进程,激活AT_2受体能从不同层面抑制炎症的发展。该文就AT_2受体参与调节心血管系统炎症反应的机制作一综述。Most cardiovascular diseases are associated with chronic inflammatory reactions. The rennin angiotensin system( RAS) is involved in occurrence and development of the cardiovascular inflam m ation. The inflam matory effect of angiotensin Ⅱ( Ang II) is m ainly achieved via the Ang Ⅱ type-1( AT1) receptor.However, Ang Ⅱ type-2( AT2) receptor is less well understood as com pared with AT1 receptor. Recent studies have found that AT2 receptor also participates in the inflam matory reaction process of m any cardiovascular diseases. Stim ulated AT2 receptor can inhibit the developm ent of inflam m ation at different levels. This paper reviews mechanism of the involvem ent of AT2 receptor in regulating inflam m atory reactions of cardiovascular system.
