摘  要:目的了解医院新生儿科无乳链球菌的感染及耐药性情况,以期对临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法采用VITEK2-compact全自动微生物分析系统,对医院2011年11月-2015年9月新生儿科病房送检的标本进行鉴定和药敏试验,用WHONET5.6对测得的数据进行分析。结果分离的36株无乳链球菌对氨苄西林、青霉素G、奎奴普汀/达福普汀、利奈唑烷、万古霉素、替加环素的耐药率为0%,对四环素、克林霉素、红霉素的耐药率较高,分别为97.2%、72.2%、69.4%。结论对医院新生儿科感染无乳链球菌,建议临床首选氨苄西林、青霉素、头孢类进行治疗。Objective To study the antimicrobial resistance of Streptococcus agalactiae and provide clinical guidance for treatment. Methods All the isolated Streptococcus agalactiae strains samples from November 2011 to September 2015 in Department of Neonatology were identified and tested drug sensitivities by automatic VITEK- 2 system. Data were analyzed by using the software WHONET5. 6. Results All of the Streptococcus agalactiae isolates were sensitive to ampicillin,penicillin G,dalfopristin,quinupristin,linezolid,Vancomycin and Tigecycline. The isolated Streptococcus agalactiae to tetracycline,clindamycin and erythromycin resistant rate is higher,97. 2%,72. 2% and 69. 4% respectively. Conclusion Of streptococcus agalactiae infection in our hospital,it is suggested that clinical choice for ampicillin,penicillin and cephalosporin for treatment.
