支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗宽颈眼动脉瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞术治疗宽颈眼动脉瘤的方法及可行性。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院2010年8月-2015年6月收治的17例使用支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗宽颈眼动脉瘤患者的临床资料,观察其治疗效果。结果:所有支架均成功释放,术后即刻造影显示患者动脉瘤完全栓塞12例,次全栓塞4例,部分栓塞1例。所有患者术后保留载瘤动脉通畅,均恢复良好。术后6个月的血管造影随访显示,所有患者中,12例完全栓塞和4例次全栓塞的动脉瘤均未显影;1例部分栓塞动脉瘤颈仍有残留,但无变化。结论:应用血管内支架辅助微弹簧圈栓塞治疗宽颈眼动脉瘤,闭塞效果好,术后并发症较少,患者预后恢复良好。Objective ： To investigate the method and feasibility of stent assisted coil embolization in the treatment of wide-necked opthalmic aneurysm. Method： Seventeen wide-necked opthalmic aneurysm patients treated with stent assisted coil embolization in our hospital from August 2010 to June 2015 were selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The therapeutic effects were observed.Result： All the stents were successfully released, the postoperative radiography image showed that 12 patients were completely embolized, 4 patients were subtotally embolized, and 1 patient was partially embolized. The parent arteries of all patients remained patulous after the operation, and they were recovered well.The angiographically followed-up six months after the procedure showed that no filling was shown for the completely embolized 12 patients and the 4 subtotally embolized patients, one patient with neck remanant did not change.Conclusion： The wide-necked opthalmic aneurysm treated by stent assisted coil embolization has better occlusion effects, fewer postoperative complications, and a good prognosis.
