口腔正畸改建术对患者血清β-EP、5-HT影响及康复新液对治疗后牙痛的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨口腔正畸改建术对患者血清β-EP、5-HT影响及康复新液对治疗后牙痛的疗效。方法:选取本院2014年4月—2015年6月确诊为错颌畸形并进行症畸改建的患者68例,随机分为对照组34例,予正畸改建术;实验组34例予正畸改建术同时予康复新液,连续观察2个月。比较两组患者正畸改建术前后血清β-EP、5-HT的水平及康复新液对治疗后牙痛的疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者正畸改建后血清中β-EP水平较低(P<0.05),5-HT水平较高(P<0.05)。经2个月治疗后与对照组比较,实验组患者的I级牙痛率明显高于对照组,II级、III级牙痛率明显低于对照组,临床痊愈率、总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:正畸改建术后牙痛能够明显降低患者血清中β-EP水平,升高5-HT水平,康复新液能够降低患者牙痛程度,提高临床疗效,且不良反应轻微,对正畸改建患者具有重要意义。Objective： To investigate the effect on β- EP and 5- HT after the orthodontic reconstruction and the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid. Methods： Sixty- eight cases with wrong jaw deformity were selected and divided into two groups. The control group were treated with orthodontic reconstruction and the experiment group on the basis of the control group treated with Kangfuxin Liquid. The levels of β- EP and 5- HT were compared and so were the clinical effects of the Kangfuxin Liquid. Results：Compared with those before treatment,two groups＇ serum β- EP level was lower（ P 0. 05） and 5- HT level higher（ P 0. 05）after treatment. After two months treatment compared with the control group,the rate of class I toothache from the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group and grade II and grade III toothache rates were significantly lower than that of the control group. The clinical cure rate and total effective rate were obviously higher than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The orthodontic reconstruction postoperative toothache can significantly decrease serum β- EP level and elevate levels of 5- HT and Kangfuxin Liquid can relieve patients＇ toothache,increase the degree of clinical efficacy with minimal adverse reactions and for orthodontic reconstruction patients has important significance.
