摘  要:目的:观察抗栓Ⅰ号对冠心病不稳定性心绞痛(心血瘀阻型)患者的临床疗效、血液流变学及超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法:本院78例不稳定性心绞痛(心血瘀阻型)患者随机分为两组,治疗组(以常规治疗方法加用抗栓Ⅰ号,不用阿司匹林)45例,对照组(用常规治疗方法,加用阿司匹林)33例,治疗时间为4周,观察两组临床症状、血液流变学及超敏C反应蛋白的变化,并与治疗前对比。结果:临床有效率抗栓Ⅰ号组为88.9%,阿司匹林组75.8%(P<0.05);中医证候积分两组治疗后均明显降低(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后全血高切黏度、低切黏度、血浆黏度、D-二聚体及红细胞沉降率与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清超敏C反应蛋白水平两组存在差异,与治疗前比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗栓Ⅰ号可改善不稳定性心绞痛(心血瘀阻型)患者的临床症状,血液流变学并降低其炎症反应。Objective: To observe the effect of Kangshuan TypeⅠon symptoms,hemorrheology and hypersensitive C- reactive protein( Hs- CRP) of patients with unstable angina pectoris( stagnation of the heart blood). Methods: Totally seventy- eight UAP cases were randomly divided into 2 groups: the treatment group( conventional therapy with Kangshuan TypeⅠ,45 cases)and the control group( routine postoperative therapy with Aspirin,33 cases). The treatment time was 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy and changes in hemorrheology and Hs- CRP were observed. Results: The symptoms were relieved. After the treatment,the two groups showed statistics significance in effective rate( effective rate of the treatment group 88. 9%; effective rate of the control group 75. 8%),TCM syndrome scoring,the whole blood high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,D- dimer,erythrocyte sedimentation rate( ESR) and Hs- CRP when compared with values before the treatment( P 0. 05) and the treatment group's were more obvious with statistics significance( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Kangshuan TypeⅠcan improve clinical symptoms,hemorrheology and reduce the inflammatory responses in patients with unstable angina pectoris( stagnation of the heart blood).
