经腹热敷红藤方治疗湿热型慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察湿热型慢性盆腔炎患者经腹热敷红藤方的临床疗效。方法:对2014年4月—2015年8月本院妇科门诊及病房收治的湿热型慢性盆腔炎患者120例进行研究,随机数字表法分为60例治疗组和60例对照组。对照组静滴左氧氟沙星及甲硝唑,治疗组静滴左氧氟沙星及甲硝唑的同时用红藤方经腹热敷,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组在降低症状积分、改善B超情况、降低血浆黏度、改善阴道清洁度等方面优于对照组,差异存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:经腹热敷红藤方治疗湿热型慢性盆腔炎有效,值得推广。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy on the damp- heat type of chronic pelvic inflammatory by hot compressing abdomen with Caulis Sargentodoxae Formula. Methods： A total of 120 patients from the Gynecology Department of Shuguang Hospital（ collected from 2014. 4 to 2015. 8） were divided into the treatment group and control group in accordance with the random number table,60 cases of each. The control group＇s patients were treated with levofloxacin and metronidazole through intravenous dripping while the treatment group＇s ones were given the hot compressing abdomen with Caulis Sargentodoxae Formula more.And then,compare the curative effects of the two groups. Results： The treatment group was better than control group in reducing symptoms integral,improving B- scan results,plasma viscosity and cleaning degree of vagina,which had a significant difference between two groups according to the statistic analysis（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of the damp- heat type of chronic pelvic inflammatory by hot compressing abdomen with Caulis Sargentodoxae Formula is effective,which is worthy of generalizing.
