摘　　要：妊娠期高血压疾病是孕产妇死亡的第二大原因,目前关于病因病机尚未明了,其在中医范畴内对应子肿、子晕及子痫。中医治疗妊娠期高血压疾病强调辨证论治及早期预防治未病的思想,并且能够降低血压,改善临床症状及妊娠结局,且兼有副作用及不良反应小,降低西药毒副作用,保护胎儿生长发育等优势。为预防及治疗妊娠期高血压疾病提供了新思路及新视野。Hypertensive disorders during pregnancy is the second cause of maternal death. The etiological factors and mechanism of hypertension in pregnancy are not clear yet. The corresponding disease in traditional Chinese medicine is edema during pregnancy,gestational vertigo and eclampsia. Traditional Chinese medicine underlines that treatment should base on syndrome differentiation and the importance about preventive treatment of disease. It can help to reduce blood pressure,improve the clinical symptoms and pregnancy outcomes. In addition,it also has less side effects and adverse reaction,decreases side effects of western medicine and protects the fetus. It provides a new way for the prevention and treatment of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.
