摘　　要：为研究干巴菌的次生代谢产物,利用色谱技术从干巴菌中得到7个化合物,其结构用波谱分析方法分别鉴定为（22E,24R）-ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-o1（1）,stearicacid（2）,p-hydroxybenzoicacid（3）,5α,8α-epidioxy-（22E,24R）-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-o1（4）,（22E,24R）-ergosta-4,6,8（14）,22-tetraen-3-one（5）,β-sitosterol（6）,ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate（7）;其中,化合物3-7为首次从该真菌中分离得到。In order to study the secondary metabolites of Thelephora ganbajun Mu. Zang, seven compounds were isolated from 95% EtOH extract of the fungus by chromatography methods. The structures of them were identified by spectroscopic analysis to be （22E, 24R） -ergosta -5, 7, 22 -trien -36 - o1 （ 1 ）, stearic acid （2） , p - hydroxybenzoic acid （3）, 5α, 8α - epidioxy - （22E, 24R） - ergosta-6, 22-dien-36-ol （4）, （22E, 24R） -ergosta-4, 6, 8 （14）, 22-tetraen-3-one （ 5 ）, β - sitosterol （6）, ethyl p - hydroxybenzoate （7）, respectively. Among them, compounds 3 - 7 obtained from this high fungus for the first time.
