摘　　要：目的探索上海市建立基于电子病历直推的传染病报告管理模式。方法建立以ICD10诊断编码与传染病病例报告触发标准为技术支撑、以区域卫生信息平台为介质、基于电子病历直推的传染病报告管理方式。结果基于电子病历直推的传染病报告管理方式提供智能提示病例报告、推送信息功能、优化质量控制管理方法,与其他业务系统推送信息、开展预警。结论基于电子病历直推的传染病报告管理模式改变并优化传染病报告和质量控制方式,为实现区域信息共享打下基础。Objective To establish a newsystem of the management of auto-reporting of communicable diseases based on electronic medical records in Shanghai. Methods The management system of auto-reporting of communicable diseases based on electronic medical records was established by using ICD-10 and communicable disease reporting standards as well as district health information platform. Results The newsystem can remind case report,transfer data directly,simplify the mode of report quality,exchange information with other systems and carry out early warning. Conclusion The management of autoreporting of communicable diseases based on electronic medical records can improve the reporting of communicable diseases and related quality control and facilitate the information sharing in the future.
