摘　　要：区域选择性腈水解酶能够选择性水解多氰基化合物中的一个氰基,将其转化为氰基羧酸,是一种重要的生物催化剂。由于其生物催化过程具有高效、高选择性和反应条件温和等特点,广泛应用于医药中间体和精细化学品的合成。综述了影响腈水解酶区域选择性的因素以及区域选择性腈水解酶在化学品合成中的应用。Regioselectivity nitrilase can regioselectively hydrolyze one cyanogroup of the multi-cyano compounds to cyanocarboxylic acid.It is a important biocatalysts which widely used in the synthesis of pharmaceutical intermediates and fine chemicals due to its high regioselectivity and mild reaction conditions.This review summarized the factors that influence on nitrilase regioselectivity and the application of regioselectivity nitrilase in synthesis of chemicals.
