摘　　要：基于对低能耗及设备高效利用的要求,鑫汇公司350 t/d选矿厂原工艺流程已无法满足现场的生产需求,对其进行了工艺优化改造。通过调整破碎机安装位置、振动筛安装方向、药剂制度以及更换细碎设备、筛网尺寸等措施,达到了节能降耗的目的,不仅增加了选矿厂的生产能力,而且提高了金的回收率,由89.08%提高到92.58%,年增创收益达1 494.41万元,经济效益和社会效益显著。In terms of the requirement of low energy consumption and efficient use of equipment,the previous process flowsheet operated in the 350 t / d mill of Xinhui company is no longer able to meet the demand of production.So process optimization is conducted. The measures,including adjustment of installation place of the crusher,installation direction of the vibration screen,agent regime,and the update of finely grinding equipment and screen mesh size,reaches the goal of low energy consumption and high efficiency. The production capacity is improved for the dressing plant and the gold recovery rate is increased from 89. 08 % to 92. 58 %,with annual profits of 1. 494 41 million yuan.The economic and social benefits are evident.
