优质护理服务对双腔起搏器永久植入冠心病患者的预后分析

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务对双腔起搏器永久植入冠心病患者的预后分析。方法选取2010年6月至2012年6月我院收治的冠心病行双腔起搏器永久植入的患者102例,按照随机数字表的分组方法分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予优质护理。比较2组左室射血分数(LVEF)、射血时间,左房内径(LA)、左室收缩末内径(LVSD)及舒张末内径(LVDD)等心功能指标,随访3年,观察心血管不良事件发生情况。结果观察组心功能相关指标改善情况均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组随访主要不良心脏事件的发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(3.9%vs 15.7%,P<0.05)。结论优质护理可改善双腔起搏器永久植入冠心病患者的心功能,减少心脏不良事件的发生率,具有重要的临床意义。Objective To investigate the prognostic analysis of high quality nursing service for patients with coronary heart disease with double chamber pacemaker implantation. Methods 102 cases of patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 treated by permanent dual chamber pacemaker implantation were divided into control group and observation group,according to the random number table method,51 cases in each group. The control group were received conventional nursing,while the observation group were given high quality nursing on the basis of the control group. left ventricular ejection ejection fraction（ LVEF）,ejection time,the diameter of left atrium（ LA）,left ventricular end diameter（ LVSD） and end diastolic diameter（ LVDD） index of the two groups were compared. After 3 years of follow- up,the adverse cardiovascular events were observed and compared. Results The improvement of heart function in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of major adverse cardiac events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ 3. 9% vs 15. 7%,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion High quality nursing can improve the cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease,reduce the incidence of cardiac adverse events,and which has important clinical significance.
