摘 要:通过Fluent软件,对某电厂一台600 MW超临界墙式切圆锅炉变磨煤机组合炉内流动、传热、燃烧以及NO排放特性进行了数值模拟研究。通过模拟结果以及现场试验数据对3种工况进行了比较分析,结果表明:3种工况炉内速度场和温度场分布合理和均匀,充满度较好;炉内氧气、一氧化碳和二氧化碳浓度场有着一些差别,但是基本符合要求;工况1的炉膛出口的飞灰含碳量和NO浓度最低,这与煤粉的停留时间长和空气分级好有关。所得结果可以为电厂的择优运行提供一定的依据。Flow, heat transfer, combustion, NO emission were studied through numerical simulation under different combination modes of mills for a 600 MW unit wall type tangentially fired boiler with Fluent. Three kinds of conditions were compared through simulation results and field test data. The results show the velocity and temperature distribution of three kinds of working conditions are reasonable, uniform and have good fullness. The O2, CO, CO2 distribution of furnace have some differences, but basically meet the requirements. The carbon content in the fly ash and the NO content of the first working condition of furnace exit is the lowest because of this long residence time of coal and good air grading.so the results can provide some guidance for the better operation of ower plant.
