摘  要:将竹纤维(BF)和聚己内酯(PCL)熔融共混模压制备竹纤维增强聚己内酯(BF/PCL)复合材料,采用硅烷偶联剂(KH560)做界面调控。结合力学、红外、扫描电镜及凝胶色谱等分析检测,确定最佳偶联剂用量和最佳模压温度。结果表明:偶联剂用量为1%(占纤维绝干重量)时,复合材料力学性能较佳,冲击、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为13.72 kJ/m^2,12.71 MPa和6.28%;模压温度为90℃时,复合材料的冲击、拉伸强度及断裂伸长率分别达到15.02 kJ/m^2、14.21 MPa和7.21%,力学性能优良。The bamboo fiber reinforced PCL composite were prepared by molten blends of bamboo fiber (BF) and polycapmlactone (PCL) via molding press process. Moreover, the silane coupling agent (KH560) was applied to modify interface combination of BF and PCL. And in order to optimize the preparation technology of composite, the optimum content of KH560 and the molding press temperature are chosen according to the resuh of mechanical test and the analysises of F-FIR, SEM and GPC. The results show that the mechanical properties of composite including impact and tensile strength and the elongation achieve the maximum of 13.72 kJ/m2, 12.71 MPa and 6.28 % when the content of KH560 is 1% of the oven dried BF. Furtherly, under 90~C of the press temperature, the impact strength, tensile strength and the elongation respectively achieves the maximum of 15.02 kJ/m2, 14.21 MPa and 7.21%, the mechanical properties are good.
