摘　　要：建设国家森林公园是弘扬生态文化的重要方式,在生态文明建设中发挥着越来越多、越来越重要的作用。在国家森林公园规划设计中,生态文化建设要坚持从公园的实际出发,掌握公园自身资源和发展状况;坚持以人为本,从广大群众最根本的利益出发,满足不同年龄、不同层次的人们的需求;在生态保护的前提下,将森林资源、人文资源进行充分利用,开发生态文化产品,满足多元化需求。笔者以浙江梁希森林公园的生态建设规划为例,分析、总结、展示其生态文化建设背景、原则和内容,以期为全国的国家森林公同生态文化建设提供借鉴和指导。Construction of national forest park is an important way to promote ecological culture, which plays a more and more important role in the construction of ecological civilization. In the planning and design of the national forest park, the construction of ecological culture should be based on the actual conditions of the park, the resources and development of the park; adhere to the people-oriented, starting from the fundamental interests of the masses, to meet the needs of different ages, different levels of people; under the premise of ecological protection, the forest resources, human resources are fully utilized, to develop eco cultural products to meet the diversified needs. Taking the ecological planning of the Zhejiang Liangxi Forest Park as an example, authors of this article analyze, summarize and display its ecological culture construction background, principle and content, in order to provide reference and guidance to the whole country＇s national forest park ecological culture construction.
