两种复苏方法对犬急性失血性休克模型的CBC与ABG指标变化的比较

摘　　要：为了研究全血和右旋糖酐40用于小动物临床急性失血性休克治疗的效果,通过犬急性失血性休克再复苏模型中血常规和动脉血气指标的变化,评价其二者的治疗效果。将16只健康比格犬分两组,一组为全血回输组,另一组为右旋糖酐40组。通过暴露犬股动脉方法进行放血,维持30 min后,分别回输自家全血和右旋糖酐40,输液量与放血量相同。在试验前,放血后,输液后等共10个时间点对犬采血进行血液常规和动脉血气的检查,并对两组数据进行对比分析。实验结果表明,右旋糖酐40在治疗中起效较慢且不太稳定,全血回输在各方面都有更好的疗效;根据输液后第7天的血液学指标,除红细胞计数和红细胞压积,右旋糖酐40的各项指标均与全血回输相比无显著性的差异外,表明右旋糖酐40对犬失血性休克具有一定的治疗效果。The aim of this paper was to study the CBC and ABG changes of the dogs who received different fluid in resuscitation of hemorrhagic shock. Sixteen dogs that were made into the model of hemorrhagic shock were randomly divided into two groups：whole blood and dextran40.Dogs in two groups received whole blood and dextran40 respectively for resuscitation after hemorrhagic shock. Blood samples were collected for CBC and Arterial Blood Gas in ten different time points. The results showed that whole blood was more effective in resuscitating after hemorrhagic shock when compared with dextran40. According to the data of the last time point（7 days after resuscitation）,no significant differences in hematological parameters were observed between the two groups except for RBC and HCT,indicating that dextran40 was also effective for resuscitation after hemorrhagic shock.
