RPH联合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔临床观察

摘　　要：为了探讨自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）联合外剥内扎术治疗混合痔的临床疗效，回顾分析2014年10月至2015年11月我院肛肠科收治的850例混合痔患者的临床资料。其中RPH联合外剥内扎术（治疗组）440例，外剥内扎术（对照组）410例。对照2组术后疼痛、术后尿潴留、手术时间、创面愈合时间和术后30d临床疗效。结果显示，2组在术后30d临床疗效、术后尿潴留方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），在术后疼痛、手术时间、创面愈合时间上差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明，RPH联合外剥内扎术操作简单，能有效减轻术后疼痛且缩短愈合时间，疗效确切。To investigate the clinical curative effect of RPH（Reiyun procedure for homorrhoid） combined with external dissection ＆ internal ligation （EDIL） in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,analysing ret- rospectivly the 850 cases of mixed hemorrhoids in author＇s department between 2014-2015 was taken.RPH combined with EDIL （as treatment group） was performed on 440 cases,EDIL （as control group） on 410 cases.The postoperative pain and urinary retention, the operation time and wound healing time, clinical curative effect at 30 days after surgery in two groups were observed and compared.As results,the two groups in clinical curative effect at 30 days after surgery, postoperative urinary retention had on statistical difference （ P 〉0.05） ,but in postoperative pain,operation time,wound healing time had statistically difference （ P 〈0.05）.The results show that RPH combined with EDIL is performed simply,it can reduce postoperative pain effectively and shorten healing time, the curative effect is exact.
