标本根结理论的发展与应用分析

摘　　要：分析标本根结理论的发展应用进程,从《黄帝内经》中首次见到有关标本根结的论述,揭示其内涵进而标本根结理论产生。隋唐时期开始将标本根结理论与临床应用相结合,使标本根结理论得到进一步发展;到宋金元至明清时期随着对其认识逐渐深刻,临床上广泛运用标本根结理论使其理论的应用价值得以进一步提升;现代对标本根结理论进一步研究,发现标本根结理论与腧穴配伍之间有着密切关系,标本根结理论是腧穴配伍方法的理论依据,并根据标本根结理论提出新腧穴配伍理念。临床腧穴配伍方式种类繁多,治疗方式的发展须植根于具有经典理论指导的配伍方式,再通过临床的验证和适应才能够形成体系,旨在通过分析标本根结理论的发展应用进程,明确该配伍方式的源流,进而拓宽该理论的应用范围,并发掘其使用深度。The development and application of Biao Ben Gen Jie theory are analyzed in this study. The theory of Biao Ben Gen Jie is appeared in Huang Di Nei Jing for the first time,which reveals its connotation and further explains the generation of this theory.From the period of Sui and Tang dynasties, the theory of Biao Ben Gen Jie is combined with the clinical application, which makes this theory further developed.From the period of Song, Jin and Yuan dynasties to the period of Ming and Qing dynasties, the theory of Biao Ben Gen Jie has been gradually profound understood.With the widely using in clinical practice, the theory of Biao Ben Gen Jie has been further improved.Today this theory is further studied and is found that as the key meridian theory,Biao Ben Gen Jie has close relationship with the conbination of acupoints, which can guide clinical acupuncture.The conbination of acupoints theory is based on the theory of Biao Ben Gen Jie. The new concept of acupoint compatibility is proposed according to the theory of Biao Ben Gen Jie.There are many kinds of acupoint compatibility in clinical treatment.The development of treatment methods shall be come from classical theoretical guidance, which can be a system after clinical validation and adaptation.This article aims to analyze the development and application process of Biao Ben Gen Jie,clear the origins of the compatibility mode, and thus broaden the application of this theory, and explore its widely use.
