摘  要:目的研究医院多重耐药菌对碘伏消毒剂的抗性,为临床提供一个科学性新的消毒指南,改变传统消毒思维,对医院常用消毒剂的使用方法做提升。方法将本院临床标本中分离出来的三种最常见的多重耐药菌为实验组;对应的三种标准菌株为对照组,采用定量杀菌试验检测碘伏消毒剂在不同使用浓度及不同时间,对两组细菌的杀灭效果。结果 2.5%、5%浓度碘伏消毒剂使用范围内进行实验,实验组的多重耐药菌和对照组标准菌株在分别作用时间1 min、3 min、5 min,培养基平板上无菌落生长,杀灭率均为100%。结论 2.5%、5%浓度碘伏消毒剂能完全杀灭医院的多重耐药菌,能达到很好的消毒效果。医院多重耐药菌目前为止对医院常用碘伏消毒剂无抗性,但随着耐药菌株的不断变异,对消毒剂抗性也不断变化导致消毒剂不能达到预期的消毒灭菌效果。所以医疗机构严格关注多重耐药菌对常用消毒剂的抗性问题,要定期检测消毒剂对多重耐药菌的杀菌效果,保证消毒剂的质量,有效控制院内感染。Objective To study the resistance of multi-resistant bacteria to disinfectant iodine, provide a scientific guide about new disinfection ways and change the traditional disinfection method, finally to improve disinfectants methods in the hospital. Methods Three most common multiple drug-resistant bacteria was chosen as experimental group; Three standard strains were chosen as control group.Quantitative germicidal test was used to test the effect after disinfectant iodine was used in different concentration and different time between two groups. Results When concentration of iodine was 2.5% and 5% and the using time was 1 min, 3 min, 5 min separately,there was no bacterial colony growth on the culture plate and the killing rate was 100%. Conclusion 2.5% or 5% concentration of iodine could resist all the multi-resistant bacteria in the hospital and could achieve a very good disinfection effect. But we should know that along with the continuous variation of drug-resistant strains, the resistance to disinfectant may be changed so that a kind of disinfectant could not achieve the desired effect. So strict test should be strengthened, regularly test about disinfectant bactericidal effect should be done to guarantee the quality of disinfectants and effectively control nosocomial infection.
