老年2型糖尿病患者与幽门螺杆菌感染临床特点分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者与幽门螺杆菌感染相关性研究。方法将本院2014年1月-2015年6月200例老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者及170例正常人的Hp感染情况及临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果 T2DM组的HP阳性率显著高于对照组,进一步研究表明,胃轻瘫患者中Hp阳性率及感染程度均显著高于非胃轻瘫患者(p<0.05)。结论 Hp感染可显著增加老年2型糖尿病胃轻瘫的发生率。Objective To investigate the correlation between Helicobacter pylori infection and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Clinical data of 200 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and 170 nomal cases from January 2014 to June2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results The HP-positive rate in T2 DM group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Further studies indicated that patients with gastroparesis had greater positive rate of HP infection. The comparison were statistically significant（p〈0.05）. Conclusion Helicobacter pylori can significantly increase the incidence of elderly patients with type 2diabetes in gastroparesis.
