摘 要:通过对国外引进的冷却器内置式的大型空分用等温离心压缩机组进行研究,计算了压缩机各级模型,得到了不同工况下各级流动特性,对各级流场进行分析发现,在叶轮轮盘转弯处、叶轮出口及扩压器的盖侧有明显的低速区,易发生流动分离;研究导叶安装角对级性能的影响发现,随着安装角的减小,其性能曲线变陡。本文还对第一级的进口流道进行改进,使进口导叶盘侧半径与叶轮进口盘侧半径相同,结果表明其压比和效率都有明显提高。Numerical simulations have been conducted on a large-scale isothermal centrifugal compressor used for air separation with built-in coolers, introduced from abroad, to obtain the characteristics of each single stage in the compressor. Flow separation or low-speed regions are typically found to occur near the hub side at the impeller inlet turning, next to the shroud side at the impeller outlet, and on the shroud side in the diffuser. The influence of the inlet guide vane angles on the characteristics of the first stage is investigated. The performance curve becomes steeper with the decrease in the stagger angle of the inlet guide vane. The design of the first stage is improved by making the inner radii of the inlet guide vane equal to the radii of the impeller hub in the meridional plane, which results in an evident increase in both the pressure ratio and the efficiency.
