摘 要:运用CFD软件NUMECA对某双吸硫酸风机系列化叶轮中的最大流量叶轮和最小流量叶轮进行数值计算,进而根据计算结果设计系列化叶轮通用的蜗壳。采用自由运动速度法分别设计常用的易于制造的圆形蜗壳和方形蜗壳进行性能对比。通过计算对比发现方形蜗壳比圆形蜗壳效率和压比均较高,具有较好的变工况性能。设计系列化叶轮通用的蜗壳有助于减少蜗壳数量,降低生产成本。同时用数值模拟的设计方法具有方便快捷、成本低、调整性好等较多优势。A general volute matched with a serialization impeller was designed based on the results of simulated calculation of maximum and minimum flow in a double suction Sulfuric acid fan,with the serialization generated via by CFD software NUMECA. A free motion velocity method was utilized to design a commonly used and easily produced circular volute and square volute respectively to compare their performance. According to calculations and the comparison results, the square volute is both higher than the circular volute in efficiency and pressure ratio, and has good performance under variable conditions. The design of general volutes for serialized impellers can help reduce the number of volutes While simultaneously lowering the production cost. Using a numerical simulation method also has many advantages in the design of volutes, such as convenience, low cost and ease of making adjustments.
