窄谱中波紫外线照射联合滋阴凉血汤治疗寻常型银屑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的：评价窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）照射联合滋阴凉血汤治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法：本研究选取的研究对象是我院近年收治的200例寻常型银屑病患者,按照随机原则将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各100例。两组患者均给予NB-UVB照射治疗,2次/周;治疗组联合滋阴凉血汤加减治疗,疗程均为8周。比较两组患者临床疗效情况。结果：对比治疗前后两组患者的PASI评分发现,治疗后较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.05）差异显著。同期组间比对发现,治疗组较对照组降低更加明显（P〈0.05）,治疗组与对照组临床愈显率分别为67.0%、44.0%,治疗组愈显率明显高于对照组（χ^2=13.042,P=0.024）,具有统计学意义。结论：临床应用NB-UVB联合滋阴凉血汤治疗阴虚血热型寻常型银屑病可取得理想效果。Objective：To evaluate the clinical observation of using narrow band ultraviolet（NB-UVB）combined with the Ziyin Liangxue decoction to treat psoriasis vulgaris.Method：The research object of this study was 200 patients with psoriasis vulgaris in recent years.Divided them into two groups,the treatment group and the control group by random each group had 100 patients.The patients in the two groups all received the NB-UVB treat,two times one week;while the treatment group combined with the Ziyin Liangxue decoction,the course of treatment was 8weeks,and then compared the clinical effect of the two groups.Results：Compared the PASI of the two groups before and after treatment found that the PASI reduced obviously,with significant difference.And compared the different in the same group and period found that the treatment group reduced more than the control group P〈0.05.Clinical markedly effective rate in treatment group and control group were 67.0% and 44.0% respectively.The markedly effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group.Conclusion：Clinical application of NB-UVB combined with the Ziyin Liangxue decoction to treat Yin blood hot psoriasis vulgaris can achieve ideal effect,is worthy of popularization and application.
