扶正清疣汤联合光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正清疣汤联合光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)的临床疗效及复发率。方法:168例CA患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各84例,治疗组给予扶正清疣汤联合ALA-PDT治疗,对照组给予卡介菌多糖核酸治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗组有效率为90.5%(76/84),显著高于对照组的65.5%(55/84)(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后复发例数及复发疣体数均显著少于对照组(P<0.01),复发时间显著晚于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组不良反应发生率为10.7%(9/84),显著低于对照组的39.3%(33/84)(P<0.01)。结论:扶正祛疣汤联合光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣疗效显著,复发率低。Objective：To discuss the clinical effects of Fuzheng Qingyou decoction with ALA-PDT in the treatment of CA.Methods：168patients with CA were divided into the treatment group（n=64）and the control group（n=64）,the treatment group were treated by Fuzheng Qingyou decoction with ALA-PDT,the control group were treated with polysaccharide and nucleic acid,then the clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.5%（76/84）,significantly higher than 65.5%（55/84）in the control group（P〈0.01）.Recurrence cases,the number of recurrent warts in the treatment group were significantly less than the control group（P〈0.01）,recurrence time was significantly later than the control group（P〈0.01）;the incidence of adverse reaction in the treatment group was 10.7%（9/84）,significantly lower than 39.3%（33/84）in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：ALA-PDT has remarkable curative effects in the treatment of CA,the lethality is selective,it＇s safe and reliable,and simple operation,it is worthy of promotion.
