药灸神阙穴疗法改善恶性肿瘤化疗后外周血象及生活质量的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨药灸神阙穴疗法对恶性肿瘤化疗后血象及生活质量的改善情况。方法:选择本院收治的120例化疗的确诊为恶性肿瘤患者随机分为药灸组(63例)和对照组(57例),对照组患者用鲜姜片外敷神阙穴配合艾灸治疗,药灸组患者用自拟药方研磨,取适量敷脐,上覆姜片,外用艾条灸治。结果:药灸组、对照组治疗后比较,RBC、WBC、HB、PLT各项指标差异显著,P<0.05;对照组各项指标治疗后与治疗前比较,P<0.01;药灸组各项指标治疗后与治疗前比较,P>0.05;药灸组治疗后在RF、PF、EF、SF方面和对照组治疗后比较,P<0.01;两组治疗后CF方面比较,P>0.05。结论:药灸神阙穴疗法能明显改善恶性肿瘤化疗后的外周血象,使患者生活质量明显提高,是一种较安全的辅助化疗方法。Objective：To investigate the improvement of moxibustion acupoint therapy on malignant tumor after chemotherapy blood and quality of life.Methods：120cases of chemotherapy in our hospital were diagnosed with malignant tumor were randomly divided into moxibustion group（63cases）and control group（57cases）.Control group were treated with fresh ginger on Shenque acupoint with moxibustion,moxibustion group were treated with prescription grinding,take proper amount of the umbilicus,overlying ginger,Moxa Moxibustion.Results：Control group,moxibustion group after treatment,RBC,WBC,HB,PLT indicators of significant differences,P〈0.05;comparison of the indexes of the treatment group before treatment and after control group P〈0.01;compared the indicators before and after treatment P〈0.05;moxibustion group after treatment in RF,PF,EF,SF and control group after treatment,P 0.01;after treatment in the two groups of CF compared（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Moxibustion shenque acupoint therapy can significantly improve the chemotherapy of malignant tumor of peripheral blood,the quality of life of the patients improved obviously,is a relatively safe methods of adjuvant chemotherapy.
