调脂柔脉颗粒对高脂血症大鼠动脉壁ICAM-1基因表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究调脂柔脉颗粒对高脂血症大鼠动脉壁中细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)影响。方法:将健康雄性SD大鼠72只按体质量随机分为6组,每组12只:空白组、模型组、西药组、调脂柔脉颗粒高剂量组、调脂柔脉颗粒中剂量组、调脂柔脉颗粒低剂量组。采用高脂饮食建立大鼠高脂血症模型,采用RT-PCR的方法检测各组大鼠动脉壁匀浆中ICAM-1基因的表达。结果:与空白对照组相比,模型组ICAM-1基因的表达明显升高,差异有统计学意义;与模型组相比各治疗组ICAM-1基因的表达有不同程度的下降,调脂柔脉颗粒大剂量组效果显著,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:调脂柔脉颗粒能下调实验性高脂血症大鼠动脉壁ICAM-1基因的表达,与降血脂、预防动脉粥样硬化正相关。Objective：To study the effect of Tiaozhi Roumai granule on intercellular adhesion molecule-1（ICAM-1）expression of aorta in rats with hyperlipemia.Methods：72 male SD rats were randomly divided into 6groups：control group（n=12）,model group,Tiaozhi Roumai granules in high,middle,low dose group and Western medicine group.Blank group was assigned to receive normal diet.Model group was given high fat.the expression of ICAM-1ineach group rats＇ arterial were detected by the method of RT-PCR.Results：Compared with the blank group,the expression of ICAM-1gene was significantly increased in model group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.01）;compared with the model group,the expression of ICAM-1gene in each group have different degrees of decline,effect of Tiaozhi Roumai granule high,meddle dose group have significant difference（P〈 0.01）.Conclusion：Tiaozhi Roumai granule can decline the expression of ICAM-1in experimental hyperlipidemia rats＇ artery,it may be one of the mechanism of its prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.
