摘 要:以超重力旋转填充床(RPB)为反应装置,结合Fenton试剂,研究了臭氧高级氧化技术处理酸性黄23印染废水的效果。考察了初始pH值、Fe^(2+)离子浓度、H_2O_2浓度、臭氧质量浓度、旋转填充床转速、NaCl质量浓度、KH_2PO_4质量浓度、Na_2SO_4质量浓度等因素对脱色率和COD去除率的影响。实验结果表明,当转速为1000 r/min、pH=4、Fe^(2+)浓度为0.6 mmol/L、H_2O_2浓度为1.5 mmol/L、O_3质量浓度为40 mg/L、液体流量为30 L/h时,酸性黄23的脱色率可达到90%以上,溶液COD去除率可达到33%;随着NaCl、KH_2PO_4质量浓度的增加,酸性黄23脱色率与溶液COD去除率不断减小;改变Na_2SO_4质量浓度,酸性黄23脱色率与溶液COD去除率变化不大。The decolorization of Acid Yellow 23 dye wastewater by an ozone advanced Fenton oxidation process in a rotating packed bed( RPB) has been explored. The effects of varying the Fe^2+concentration,H_2O_2 concentration,O3concentration,rotating bed speed,p H,Na Cl mass concentration,KH_2PO_4 mass concentration and Na_2SO_4 mass concentration on the decolorization of Acid Yellow 23 and the COD removal ratio were investigated. The results showed that the decolorization of Acid Yellow 23 reached 90% and the COD removal ratio of the wastewater reached40% at a rotation speed of 1000 r / min,p H of 4,Fe^2+concentration of 0. 6 mmol / L,H_2O_2 concentration of 1. 5mmol / L,O_3 mass concentration of 33 mg / L and liquid flow rate of 30 h / L,The decolorization of Acid Yellow 23 and the removal of COD decreased with increasing Na Cl mass concentration and KH_2PO_4 mass concentration,but changed insignificantly with increasing Na_2SO_4 mass concentration.
