摘  要:试验装置对土壤切削试验研究至关重要,但目前研究采用的相关试验装置具有自重较大、结构复杂、移动不便等缺点。为了方便开展重复试验并提高试验结果对比的准确性,对切削试验装置进行了优化,设计了一种以拉拽牵引方式作业的土壤切削试验装置;采用该试验装置进行了土壤切削试验,试验以平面铲板为切削工具,以级配土为切削介质,对5种不同切削倾角的铲板和4种切削深度进行了组合,共测试了20种不同切削条件下平面铲板的切削阻力;对试验结果进行了对比分析,得到了切削阻力在不同切削倾角下随切削深度以及不同切削深度下随切削倾角的变化规律。最后,对土壤切削的稳定性进行了讨论。Testing apparatus is crucially important for study of soil cutting; however,most apparatuses used by researchers have disadvantages of heavy weight,complex structure,cumbersome,etc.In order to carry out repeated trials more conveniently and enhance contrastive veracity of test results,cutting testing apparatus designed for soil cutting based on pulling blades by drawing were optimized. The testing apparatus was applied to soil cutting test,with the cutting tool of flat blades and the cutting medium of graded soil,5 types of blade with different cutting angles and 4 kinds of cutting depth were combined with each other,cutting resistance of flat blades under 20 different conditions was measured. The test results were compared and analyzed,the variation curves of cutting resistance under different cutting rake angles with cutting depth and different cutting depth with cutting rake angles were obtained,and the stability of soil cutting processes was discussed.
