摘　　要：低噪声放大器的增益和噪声系数直接存在着矛盾,本文采用安捷伦公司的ATF54143晶体管设计出一款工作于870~880 MHz的双平衡低噪声放大器。设计采用从自顶到底的设计方式展开设计,并进行了分块功能验证。通过加入π型衰减器和双平衡电路,并使用ADS软件进行匹配仿真,结果满足要求,达到了低噪声系数与高增益的要求。Based on the contradiction between the noise figure and gain, the double balanced low noise amplify was designed which relied on ATF54143 of Agilent CO on band 870 ~880 MHz. Designed with the top to down design approach, the work used block functional verification. By adding π-type attenuator and double-balanced circuit and use ADS software to match the simulation results meet the requirements, the design achieve low noise figure and high gain requirements.
