摘 要:随着测井领域对信号采集精度的要求越来越高,以高分辨率ADS1282芯片为核心、采用ARM7微控制器LPC214x芯片,设计了弱信号采集电路板,并在试验室环境下进行了弱信号采集试验。试验过程采用吉时利6221电流源为标准信号源,产生模拟信号;由吉时利2182A纳伏表实时测量模拟信号得到真实值;利用采集电路板测量模拟信号,得到测量数据后,与真实值进行对比分析。由测试结果可知,ADS1282芯片存在极其微小的零点漂移,所设计的采集电路板可实现纳伏级信号的采集。In well logging field, the requirement for accuracy of signal acquisition becomes higher and higher, to meet the demand, the acquisition circuit board of weak signal is designed with the high resolution ADS1282 chip as the core, and ARM7 microcontroller LPC214x chip is used. The experiment of weak signal acquisition is conducted under laboratory environment. In the experimental process, the instrument of model 6221 current source manufactured by Keithley is used as a standard signal source to generate analog signals, and the instrument of Model 2182A Nanovoltmeter from Keithley is used to measure the analog signal and to get the true value in real-time. At the same time, the analog signal is measured by the acquisition circuit board and to get the measured data, then the measured data and the true value data are compared and analyzed. It is verified by the test result that the ADS1282 chip has an extremely small zero point drift, the acquisition circuit board which has been developed can realize acquisition of the nV-level signals.
