摘　　要：美国是最早开展农业巨灾风险管理的国家之一,其一揽子的农业巨灾风险管理政策措施目标明确、形式多样、层次分明、相互搭配、执行有力,对于发展完善中国农业巨灾风险管理政策有一定启示。The United States is one of the first countries to carry out agricultural catastrophe risk management.Its package of agricultural catastrophe risk management policies and measures are targeted,diversified,structured,and efficient,which gives some inspiration on improving China's agricultural catastrophe risk management policies.
