摘 要:针对我国生物质锅炉燃烧效率低、积灰结渣严重的问题,设计了一种高效燃用生物质成型燃料的新型炉膛结构。为判断新型炉膛的运行水平,将该炉膛应用在额定蒸发量为1 t/h、额定蒸汽压力为1.25 MPa的蒸汽链条锅炉上,在8个不同过量空气系数(αpy)下,与传统炉膛进行燃烧效率、炉膛出口烟温、炉膛出口含氧量的对比试验研究。结果表明,在αpy=1.5时,新型炉膛的燃烧效率为97.04%,炉膛出口烟气温度为799℃,炉膛出口含氧量为5.2%,性能明显优于对比锅炉,证实设计的新型炉膛能实现生物质燃料稳定、持续、高效的燃烧。Aiming at the problem of low combustion efficiency and serious fouling of the biomass boiler in China,a new type of furnace structure was proposed. To determine its operational level, the new furnace structure was applied to a steam boiler which rated evaporation was 1 t/h and rated steam pressure was 1.25 MPa. In eight different excess air factor(αpy),compared with traditional furnace of combustion efficiency,furnace outlet flue-gas temperature and furnace outlet oxygen concentration.Actual performance tests show that the new furnace combustion efficiency is 97.04%,the flue-gas temperature is 799 ℃,the oxygen concentration is 5.2% when the αpyis 1.5. The thermal performance is much better than contrast boiler. These studies confirm that the new design is suitable for biomass fuel stable and highly efficient combustion.
