摘 要:随着分布式电源、储能和柔性负荷等新型元素的接入,含柔性直流装置的主动配电网(active distribution netw ork,ADN)成为未来配电网发展的重要方向。含柔性直流装置的主动配电网可实现潮流的灵活控制、区域间功率的相互支援以及更大范围内资源的优化配置等。该文针对含柔性直流装置的主动配电网,建立了考虑分布式电源就地充分消纳的"区域自治-全局协调优化"的分层优化调度架构。区域自治以区域调度费用最低为目标,采用分布式模型预测控制(distributed model predictive control,DMPC)对区域内可控分布式电源、储能和柔性负荷等可控资源进行优化控制。全局协调优化在区域自治的基础上,以全网运行成本最低为优化目标,利用柔性直流装置灵活调节区域间功率,使分布式电源在更大范围内得到充分消纳。最后通过仿真验证了DMPC对区域内可控资源有功出力控制的高效性;多场景仿真结果表明,全局协调优化可通过柔性直流装置在更大范围实现区域间功率的相互支援,促进分布式电源的最大消纳,提高主动配电网运行的经济性与安全性。With the connection of newelements such as distributed generation,energy storage and flexible load and so on,the active distribution network( ADN) with flexible DC devices has become the future development direction of distribution network,which can adjust the power flowflexibly,realize the mutual assistance of power flowbetween areas and optimize the controllable resources in a wider scope. Considering local assumption of distributed generation,this paper establishes a " regional autonomy- global coordinating optimization" hierarchical scheduling architecture for the ADN with flexible DC devices. Regional autonomy takes the minimum scheduling cost as the goal to optimize the controllable distributed generation,energy storage and flexible load by the means of distributed model predictive control( DM PC).Based on regional autonomy,global coordinating optimization establishes a global coordinating optimization objective function in order to realize minimum cost,and utilizes flexible DC devices to realize the coordinative optimization of interarea power and the greatest consumption of the distributed power. Finally,the efficiency of DM PC,which control the output of regional resources active power,is verified by the simulation; at the same time,the multi-scenario simulation results showthat the global coordinating optimization can realize the mutual support between regional power in a greater scope by using flexible DC devices,promote the distributed power's consumption in the maximum degree,and improve the economy and security in the operation of active distribution network.
