清热解毒类中药在盆腔炎性疾病中的应用探讨

摘　　要：盆腔炎性疾病属于妇科常见的感染性疾病,严重影响女性的身心健康和生殖健康,易引起不孕症、异位妊娠、慢性盆腔痛等后遗症。本病西医治疗以抗生素为主,根据经验合理选择广谱抗菌药并及时、规范、足量使用。但抗生素临床治疗存在耐药、不良反应发生率高、患者依从性差等问题。中医药治疗盆腔炎性疾病有较大优势,临床辨证以"热毒"为核心,治疗遵循"热者寒之""疗热以寒药"的原则,遣方用药选用清热解毒之品。清热解毒类中药具有较好的药理学研究基础,在抗菌、消炎、调节免疫等方面作用显著。同时其临床应用广泛,疗效确切,安全性较好,相关诊疗指南也做了明确的推荐和建议。通过系统梳理和归纳清热解毒类中药的研究,以期能为其临床科学合理使用提供参考和借鉴。Pelvic inflammatorydisease is a common gynecological infectious disease, which can affect physical and mental health and reproductive health. These quelas of PID include sterility, ectopic pregnancy and chronic pelvic pain. The Western medicine treatment plan is based on antibiotics and its＇ application rules include rationality, timeliness, standardization and sufficiency. But this treatment has some questions, such as durgresistance, high adverse reaction rate and low compliance. Traditional Chinese medicine implies its advantage in the disease＇s treatment and its syndrome differentiation, and treatment is based on clearing away heat and toxin. Chinese medicine herb for clearing away heat and toxin has good pharmacological research foundation. These pharmacological effects include antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and regulation of immunity. Chinese medicine herb for clearing away heat and toxin has extensive clinical application, good effectiveness and safety. So some diagnosis and treatment guidelines recommend the herb＇s application. According to the systematic carding and induction of Chinese medicine herb for clearing away heat and toxin, these can provide reference for the clinical scientific and reasonable application.
