胡小芳教授运用血府逐瘀汤诱发排卵的经验总结

摘　　要：成熟卵泡不排卵属于卵泡未破裂黄素化综合征的一种类型。胡小芳教授结合30余年临床经验认为气滞血瘀,胞络不畅为其主要中医病机。拟定活血化瘀、理气通络为其主要治则。同时结合西医学下丘脑-垂体-卵巢内分泌轴功能紊乱导致LH峰的形成不足的等相关病因病机。适时给予血府逐瘀汤加减口服联合人绒毛促性腺激素肌注诱发成熟卵泡排卵效果显著。The anovulation of mature follicle is a type of LUFS. Professor Hu Xiaofang summaried that the main pathogenesis of LUFS are stagnation of qi and blood and restraint of cellular collaterals combined with clinical experience for more than 30 years,and the therapeutic principles are promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and regulating qi flowing for dredging collater-als. The effect on inducing ovulation of mature follicle by combing Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and HCG is remarkable considering that the insufficient LH peak causing by dysfunction of hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis.
