补肾化痰方合二甲双胍片治疗肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征56例

摘　　要：目的观察自拟补肾化痰方合二甲双胍治疗肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法选取56例肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象,其中28例为治疗组,予自拟补肾化痰中药方和二甲双胍治疗;28例为对照组,予二甲双胍治疗,对比两组治疗3个月后在临床疗效、体重指数(BMI)、血清性激素(促卵泡生成素FSH、黄体生成素LH、睾酮T)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血总胆固醇(TC)、副作用等方面的差异。结果治疗前各指标的比较显示两组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性,治疗前后组内比较:所有观察指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);两组治疗后BMI、TC、FSH、LH、T、FPG、FINS均较治疗前显著降低,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论补肾化痰中药方合二甲双胍可减轻体重,改善脂质代谢,调节肾虚痰湿型囊卵巢综合征患者月经周期,促进排卵,值得在临床推广运用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-mad e Bushen Huatan prescription combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm-dampness due to kidney deficiency. Methods 56 cases of patients with of phlegmdampness due to kidney deficiency were selected as study objects. 28 cases in the treatment group used self-made Bushen Huatan prescription and metformin. 28 cases in the control group used metformin. After three months, clinical efficacy, body mass index（ BMI）, serum sex hormones（ follicle-stimulating hormone FSH, luteinizing hormone LH, testosterone T）, fasting plasma glucose（FPG）, fasting insulin（FINS）, serum total cholesterol（TC）, side effects and other differences between the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, the difference on each index between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. After treatment, all parameters were significantly improved（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the BMI, TC, FSH, LH, T, FPG and FINS of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, there were statistically significant differences（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Bushen Huatan prescription combined with metformin can reduce weight, improve lipid metabolism, regulate menstrual cycle,promote ovulation, and is worthy of clinical application.
