贞草痛风消胶囊的抗炎镇痛效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究贞草痛风胶囊的抗炎、镇痛作用效果,为临床用药提供可靠依据。方法采用尿酸钠致大鼠足肿胀、甲醛致大鼠足跖肿胀和小鼠腹腔毛细管通透性的实验,观察贞草痛风消胶囊的抗炎作用;冰醋酸所致小鼠的扭体反应及热板致痛的方法观察贞草痛风的镇痛效果。结果连续给药5天,贞草痛风消胶囊低、中、高剂量组可不同程度减轻大鼠后足肿胀程度,降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性,并且能够延长小鼠扭体发生的潜伏期,减少发生次数,但对热板法的痛阈,没有明显的作用。结论贞草痛风消胶囊抗炎。Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Zhencao Tongfengxiao capsule, and to provide reliable basis for chinical medication. Methods Using the uric acid sodium rats foot swelling formaldehyde to foot metatarsus swelling in rats and celiac capillary permeability in mice, the anti-inflammatory effect of Zhencao Tongfengxiao capsule was observed. The analgesic effect of Zhencao Tongfengxiao capsule on mice acetic acid writhing and hot plate method was observed. Results After five days, the high medium group and low dose group can reduce rats foot swelling degree after different level and the blood capillary permeability of the abdominal cavity, prolong the mice torsion elimination of the incubation period, and reduce the frequency, but the pain thresh-old of hot plate method have no significant effect. Conclusion The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Zhencao Tongfengxiao capsule is good.
