肺福康丸治疗慢性肺源性心脏病缓解期112例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察"肺福康丸"治疗慢性肺源性心脏病缓解期的临床疗效。方法:将223例肺心病患者随机分为治疗组112例对照组111例,两组均予以基础规范治疗,治疗组加服肺福康丸,比较患者治疗前与治疗10d后、30d后症状体征、心电电轴及右室肥厚程度的改善情况。结果:肺福康丸可明显改善慢性肺源性心脏病缓解期病人的临床症状及体征,电轴右偏稍有改善,但右室肥厚程度治疗前后组内比较无明显差别。结论:"肺福康"可明显改善慢性肺源性肺心病缓解期临床表现,提高患者生活质量。Objective： To study the clinical effect of the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease in remission stage with Feifukang Pill. Methods： 223 cases of pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group （111 cases） and the treatment group（112 cases）, both groups receiving basic standard treatment, meanwhile the treat- ment group took Feifukang Pill as addition. Comparison of the signs and symptoms of the treated patients before and 10 days, 30 days after treatment. ECG axis and right ventricular hypertrophy degree of improvement. Results： Feifukang Pill can significantly improve tlae chronic pulmonary heart disease, relieve symptoms and signs of patients, right axis deviation slightly improved, but there was no significant difference in the degree of right ventricular hypertrophy group before and after treatment. Conclusion： Feifukang tions of pulmonary heart disease remission, improv Pill can significantly improve chronic pulmonary clinical manifestae quality of life.
