回药青白散痰搽剂乙醇提取物对黑素细胞及酪氨酸酶的激活作用

摘　　要：目的:观察青白散痰搽剂乙醇提取物对黑素细胞及酪氨酸酶的激活作用的观察。方法:将黑色素细胞随机分为对照组和药物组,药物组的浓度设为100mg/mL、200mg/mL、300mg/mL、400mg/mL。以不含药物为对照组。加药4h后,观察黑色素细胞的增殖、酪氨酸酶的含量及黑素细胞在电镜下的超微结构。结果:与对照组比较,药物组各浓度黑素细胞的增殖、酪氨酸酶的含量在不同程度都有所提高(P<0.05),以药物浓度200mg/mL为最佳。与对照组比较,黑素细胞的核仁明显,细胞内有发达的粗面内质网和丰富的线粒体、高尔基体,有大量的黑色颗粒。结论:青白散痰搽剂乙醇提取物对黑素细胞及酪氨酸酶具有促进作用。Objective： To observe the activation function of Qingbai Santan linimentum ethanol extract the activation function of the mela-nocytes and tyrosinase. Method： The melanoma cells were randomly divided into control group and drug group, the concentration of the drug group to 100mg/mL, 200mg/mL, 300mg/mL, 400mg/mL. In drug-free control group. 4h after dosing, observe the proliferation of melanoma cells, and the content of tyrosinase in melanocytes electron microscope uhrastrueture. Results： Compared with the control group, the concentrations of each drug group proliferation of melanocytes, tyrosinase content in varying degrees has increased （P〈0.05）, with the drug concentration 200mg/mL for the best. Compared with the control group, prominent nucleoli melanocytes, cells have developed within the rough endoplasmic reticulum and abundant mitochondria, Golgi apparatus, a large number of black particles. Conclusion： The plainer scattered sputum liniment ethanol extracts of melanocytes and tyrosinase role.
