活血通络汤配合舒血宁治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变疗效

摘　　要：目的总结活血通络汤配合舒血宁治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法择取该院2013年1月—2015年1月收治的糖尿病性周围神经病变患者60例,按照随机数字法进行分组,共分为常规组与研究组两组,每组30例。对常规组与研究组分别采取西医与中医治疗,比较治疗效果。结果研究组与常规组患者的治疗总有效率分别为96.7%与73.3%,比较数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病性周围神经病变患者采用活血通络汤+舒血宁治疗的疗效显著,可促进患者疾病的早日康复。Objective To summarize the invigorate the circulation of blood soup of t2dm with shu ning in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） clinical curative effect. Methods Will pick our hospital in January 2013 - January 2015, 60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, grouped according to the random number method, which is divided into normal group and the team in the two groups, 30 cases in each group. Of normal group and the team respectively take western medicine and TCM treatment, compare the efficacy of treatment. Results Group and routine group in the treatment of patients with total effective rate was 96.7% and 73.3% respectively, compare data significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion In patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy with huoxue soup of t2dm ＋ shu ning blood treatment the curative ef- fect is distinct, can promote patients disease recover at an early date.
