2型糖尿病患者血脂改变与血糖值变化的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血脂改变同血糖值变化表现出的相关性。方法将该院2014年12月—2015年12月收治的2型糖尿病患者400例作为该次实验研究的A1组(观察组);同期选择健康体检人员400例作为该次实验研究的A2组(对照组);针对两组研究对象的TC(血清胆固醇)水平、TG(三酰甘油)水平、HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)水平以及LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)水平、Apo A1(载脂蛋白A1)水平以及Apo B(载脂蛋白B)水平等实施对比研究。结果同A2组健康人员进行比较,A1组2型糖尿病患者的TC水平、LDL-C水平、TG水平以及Apo B水平表现为显著升高(P<0.05);A1组HDL-C水平以及Apo A1水平表现为显著降低(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病患者,其血糖值同血脂水平呈现出一定的相关性,糖尿病患者如果自身血糖水平较高,则其自身血脂水平会呈现为一定程度的异常,较易出现血管并发症的现象,对此在对患者实施血糖控制过程中,需要对患者进行必要的降脂治疗。Objective To study the patients with type 2 .diabetes blood lipid change showed correlation with changes in blood sugar levels. Methods From December 2014 to December 2015 were 400 patients with type 2 diabetes as the experi- mental study of A1 group （observation group）; At the same time choose healthy physical examination personnel 400 cases as the experimental study of A2 group （control group）; For both groups of TC （serum cholesterol） levels, TG level of three acyl （glycerin）, HDL - C （high density lipoprotein cholesterol） levels and LDL - C （tow density lipoprotein cholesterol） levels, ApoA1 （apolipoprotein A1） levels and ApoB （apolipoprotein B） levels such as comparative study of implementation. Results Compared with A2 group health personnel, A1 group of patients with type 2 diabetes of TC, LDL - C, TG levels and ApoB levels expression is significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）; A1 group HDL - C and Ap0A1 level is significantly reduced （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with diabetes, the blood sugar and lipid levels present a certain relevance, patients with diabetes if their blood sugar level is higher, then the lipid levels can present itself as a certain amount of abnormal, appear the phe- nomenon of vascular complications, more easily in the process of implementation of glycemic control in patients with this, need necessary lipid-lowering therapy on the patients.
