社区糖尿病达标现状分析

摘　　要：目的分析社会糖尿病达标现状,主要记录患者的血糖、血压、血脂等指标,分析糖尿病的综合治疗方法 ,降低并发症的产生几率,改善糖尿病患者的预后情况。方法选取在该社区就诊的糖尿病患者120人作为研究对象,分析其血糖、血压和血脂情况。结果空腹血糖达标率73%,非空腹血糖达标率71%,Hb A1c达标率75%。结论该社区糖尿病控制情况比较好,居民拥有较好的生活水平。Objective Through the investigation and analysis of community diabetes patients＇s blood glucose,blood pressure,blood fat etc. To improve diabetes high incidence of cardiovascular disease. Methods Selection of diabetes patients in the community of 120 people as the research object, analysis of blood glucose,blood pressure,blood fat etc. Results Fast blood glucose standard-achieving rate 73%,Non fasting blood glucose standard-achieving rate 71%. HbA1c standardachieving rate 75%. Conclusion This community diabetes control ideal.
