摘 要:海拉尔油田贝28区块兴安岭油层物性差,属中孔致密储层,且岩性复杂。2005年,区块投入开发,已投产油井具有压裂投产初期产量高、产量递减快、注水受效差的特点,目前采油速度0.07%,采出程度1.58%,开发效果较差。由于兴安岭油层天然裂缝不发育,不具备缝网压裂的条件,为提高致密油储层动用程度和单井产能,开展了直井大规模分支缝压裂试验。通过可降解纤维暂堵,在大规模压裂形成的主缝的侧向产生分支裂缝,形成主裂缝和分支裂缝结合的多裂缝系统,扩大泄油面积,与水井建立有效的驱动,提高压裂产量。现场试验6口井,平均单井压裂液用量1631m3,单井加砂量161m3,单井加砂强度达到7.8m3/d,压裂初期平均单井日产油5.7t/d,日增油5.0t/d,压裂500d后平均单井累计增油2244t。大规模压裂费用较高,可从压裂材料方面控制压裂投资,同时配套工厂化作业模式。Xing′ anling reservoirs of Block Bei28 in Hailaer oilfield have poor physical property,intermediateporosity and tight and complex lithology.The block was put into production in 2005.The produced oil wells has the features of high yield,fast production decline and poor water injection effect in early stage of frac-turing.At present,development effect is poor :the oil recovery rate is 0.07% and recovery degree of reserves is 1.58%.Xing′ anling reservoirs have not the condition of network fracturing because of undeveloped natural fractures.Large-scale branch fracturing experiment in vertical wells was made to improve produced degree of tight oil reservoir and productivity of single well.Branch fractures may be formed at the side of main frac-tures formed by large-scale fracturing through temporary plugging of biodegradable fiber.Multi-fracture system was formed by the combination of principle fractures and branch fractures.Drainage area was enlarged and the production by fracturing was increased after effective drive was established with water wells.Six wells was tested in the field.Average fracturing fluid volume of single well was 1631m3.Sand added in per well was161m3.Sand-adding intensity of single well was up to 7.8m3/d.Average single well oil production was 5.7t/d and incremental oil was 5.0t/d at early stage of the fracturing.Average cumulative oil production of single well increased by 2244 t after 500 d of the fracturing.The cost of large-scale fracturing is high,which may be controlled on fracturing material and factory-like mode.
