中医体质对穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的观察不同中医体质对冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘疗效的影响。方法按照《中医体质分类与判定标准》将非急性发作期支气管哮喘患者进行分类,将人体体质分为9种类型,每种体质类型患者各随机选取30例作为研究对象,给予冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗,比较治疗前与治疗第3年不同中医体质患者年哮喘急性发作次数。结果特禀质、阳虚质支气管哮喘患者治疗前与治疗第3年急性发作次数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);平和质、气虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质、气郁质支气管哮喘患者治疗前与治疗第3年急性发作次数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阴虚质支气管哮喘患者年急性发作次数治疗前与治疗第3年比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗可以减少除阴虚体质患者外8种体质患者哮喘的年急性发作次数,其中,对特禀质及阳虚质体质患者疗效最明显。Objective To observe influence by different constitution of traditional Chinese medicine on curative effect by point application therapy for bronchial asthma. Methods According to ＂classification and decision criteria in constitution of traditional Chinese medicine＂, patients with non-acute episode phase bronchial asthma were divided into 9 types. There were 30 cases of each type as study subjects. They all received point application therapy for winter disease cured in summer. Comparison was made on acute asthma attack times before and in the third year of treatment. Results The difference of annual acute attack times in specific endowment constitution and yang-deficiency constitution before and in 3 years of treatment had statistical significance（P〈0.01）. The difference of annual acute attack times in gentle constitution, qi-insufficiency constitution, phlegmdampness constitution, damp heat constitution, stagnant blood constitution, and qi-stagnation constitution before and in 3 years of treatment had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of annual acute attack times in yin-deficiency constitution before and in 3 years of treatment（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Point application therapy for winter disease cured in summer can reduce annual acute attack times in 8 constitution types, especially for patients with specific endowment constitution and yang-deficiency constitution.
