摘  要:目的探讨高频超声与X线钼靶联合应用对早期乳腺癌诊断的临床价值。方法 45例经病理检查确诊为早期乳腺癌患者,对其采用高频超声与X线钼靶联合诊断,观察诊断结果。结果高频超声对早期乳腺癌的检出率为82.2%(37/45),X线钼靶对早期乳腺癌的检出率为86.7%(39/45),对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高频超声与X线钼靶联合应用对早期乳腺癌的检出率为97.8%(44/45),高频超声与X线钼靶联合应用与单用一种诊断方法的检出率对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频超声与X线钼靶联合检查能够有效的提高早期乳腺癌的诊断率,为临床的治疗提供可靠的依据,降低了误诊和漏诊率,具有较高的临床诊断价值。Objective To investigate clinical value by high-frequency ultrasound combined with X-ray mammography in diagnosis of early breast cancer. Methods A total of 45 patients with pathologically diagnosed early breast cancer received combined diagnosis by high-frequency ultrasound and X-ray mammography, and their diagnosis outcomes were observed. Results Detection rate by high-frequency ultrasound for early breast cancer was 82.2%(37/45), and that by X-ray mammography was 86.7%(39/45). Their difference had no statistical significance(P〈0.05). Combination of high-frequency ultrasound and X-ray mammography provided detection rate for early breast cancer as 97.8%(44/45), thus the difference between combined application and single application of these two diagnosis approaches had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Implement of high-frequency ultrasound combined with X-ray mammography can effectively increase diagnosis rate of early breast cancer, and it provides creditable reference in clinical treatment, while reducing misdiagnosis rate. This method contains high value for clinical diagnosis.
