摘　　要：清初著名藏书家钱曾所撰写的《读书敏求记》,是一部主要记录宋元刻本信息的提要目录,在中国目录学史上享有重要的地位。不过,与一般提要目录不同的是,作者善于托题述志,借题发挥,通过提要文字对古代学术文化领域的诸多现象发表自己的看法,尤其对宋代经学、明代科举和明代版刻等方面存在的问题多有严肃的批评,言辞尖锐,见解独到,展现了作者学术活动的真实面貌和学术思想的高度。本文钩稽材料,阐发幽微,以尝试表彰此书这一特出的贡献。Notes of Reading and Researching was a book written by Qian Zeng, a famous bibliophile in Qing Dynasty. It was an annotated bibliography that mainly recorded the information about block-printed editions in Song and Yuan Dynasty, and enjoyed a very important status in the history of Chinese bibliography. However, unlike general annotated bibliography, Notes of Reading and Researching contained more thoughts of the author himself. Qian Zeng made full use of the subject to express his own views and perspectives on numerous phenomena in ancient academic and cultural fields, especially on the issues existed in the study of Confucian classics in Song Dynasty, imperial examination system in Ming Dynasty, engraving in Ming Dynasty and so on, where he made plenty of serious critics with sharp words and insightful views. He has shown the real nature of his academic activities and the height of his academic thoughts. This article has verified relevant materials, elucidated subtle truth and tried to honor the contributions by this book.
